Owen Freeman - Little going in rare start Freeman finished with zero points (0-2 FG) and three rebounds in five minutes during Saturday's 80-69 loss to Villanova.
Impact Freeman made his first start since Dec. 7 here, but his disappointing season continued, as he again barely registered any minutes. Former starter Isaac Traudt still got a bit of run, but the Bluejays moved to a small-ball lineup with Jasen Green at the five, as has been the case for much of the season. It's safe to say at this point Freeman might be looking for a new home for his final year of eligibility, though demand won't be nearly as high as it was this offseason, when he was coming off a year of 16.7 points and 6.7 rebounds with the Hawkeyes.

Duke Brennan - Catalyst in road win Brennan had 21 points (8-9 FG, 5-8 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Saturday's 80-69 win over Creighton.
Impact It was Brennan's second-highest scoring total of the season and also his third double-double in his last four outings. The road victory also helped a Villanova squad looking to improve its seeding, as the Wildcats improved to 5-0 in Quad 2 games with the win.

Hudson Greer - Gets 4 steals in loss to Nova Greer closed with eight points (3-8 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five rebounds and four steals over 23 minutes during Saturday's 80-69 loss to Villanova.
Impact Greer assumed his usual rotating role in the Bluejays' conference matchup, and he ended up logging his best defensive performance of the season. The 6-foot-7 freshman hadn't produced more than one steal in any game, yet this campaign, so his four steals were a huge improvement. He also secured his best rebound total since December. He should remain an integral bench player moving forward, especially if he continues to play like this.

Devin Askew - Produces 13 points over Bluejays Askew ended with 13 points (4-17 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Saturday's 80-69 win over Creighton.
Impact Askew struggled to cement himself in a scoring role in many games this season, even after logging four games with 20 or more points. The 6-foot-5 senior reeled it in against the Bluejays, though, with his best point total of the month. He's now averaging 9.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.1 steals on 22.6 minutes per game as the Wildcats' sixth man.
