Impact Nickel has started in each of the Hokies' last four games and has reached the 10-point plateau in the last two, so he's clearly trending in the right direction. A reliable scorer for Virginia Tech regardless of whether he plays in the starting unit or the bench, Nickel has scored in double digits in six of his 10 appearances.
