Impact Lubin was the best player for UNC in this game, and while the Tar Heels came close to securing a comeback in the late moments of the second half, a lane violation on a free throw prevented them from completing the comeback and, in a worst-case scenario, force overtime. Now, the Tar Heels will have to wait until Selection Sunday to see whether they'll make it to the NCAA Tournament or not. As for Lubin, he finished the campaign on a strong note with four double-doubles across his last five appearances.
