Ade Popoola - Dials up double-double Popoola racked up 26 points (8-15 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and five steals over 31 minutes during Sunday's 100-74 win over UTSA.
Impact Popoola had his first double-double of the season and set season highs in points, rebounds and steals. He fell one 3-pointer shy of his season record set on Feb. 8 in the loss to South Florida. The 6-5 junior has helped the Golden Hurricane to back-to-back wins with 22.0 points and 5.5 rebounds.

Impact Green had been mired in a four-game shooting slump in which he only converted 30.4 percent of his field goals on his way to 10.5 points. It is not a coincidence that the Golden Hurricane lost three of those games. The forward equaled his second highest scoring total of the season as Tulsa won its second straight game. They will go for three wins in a row at Tulane on Wednesday.

Jamir Simpson - Scores 20, grabs five boards Simpson totaled 20 points (7-17 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes during Sunday's 100-74 loss to Tulsa.
Impact Simpson scored 20 points for the second time in three games. He has played at least 31 minutes in every conference game and averaged 13,7 points on 36.4 percent from the field, 3.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists. Simpson's senior season has not gone the way the Southern Utah transfer would have liked, but he has led the Roadrunners in scoring. UTSA hosts East Carolina on Wednesday. Simpson had 11 points, five rebounds and four assists in the Feb. 11 loss to the Pirates.
