Dominates in win over Utah Thompson tallied 25 points (8-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 8-8 FT), five rebounds and eight assists in 37 minutes during Thursday's 74-56 victory over Utah.
Impact Thompson had arguably his best game of the season - leading the Beavers in points, assists and steals in a dominating performance in the win over Utah. His eight assists and four steals were both season highs. Impact Allen contributed across the board to lead Utah in points, rebounds, assists and steals in the loss. Missing more time Jones (arm) won't be available for Thursday's game against Oregon State, Josh Newman of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Impact Jones will miss his third straight contest with the arm issue, as he's still without a clear timetable for a return. The sophomore has been a decent contributor this season, averaging 4.9 points, 4.1 assists and 2.0 rebounds in 15 games. Alfonso Plummer is expected to handle another start at point guard with Jones sidelined.
