The senior transfer from Western Kentucky made the leap to the Big 12 this season and has had an impressive start to his campaign, averaging career highs in minutes (30.6), points (17.9), field-goal percentage (47.0), three-point percentage (40.5) and rebounds (4.3).

Brown's capability of filling up a scoreboard was on full display last season when he averaged 20.5 points per game with Fairleigh Dickinson. He's taken that up a notch this season, ranking among the top five nationally with an average of 25.2 points through the first six games.

The juco transfer specializes in rim protection and has contributed four blocks through three games thus far. His defense will be needed this season as Utah navigates through a tough Big 12 conference.
