Impact Dawes came off the bench to score a season-high 16 points while finishing one board shy of his second double-double of the season. Dawes played just two minutes in his previous outing against Iowa State but saw 21 minutes on Saturday, the sixth time this season the sophomore reserve has played at least 20 minutes.

Mason Madsen - Playing off bench Saturday Madsen will play from the bench for Saturday's matchup against Oklahoma State, Steve Bartle of KSLSports reports.

Impact The 6-foot-4 senior's four-game stint as a starter for the Utes is done for now as guard Jake Wahlin will get the start versus the Cowboys. Madsen should still get ample time on the court to contribute for Utah even as he'll likely be the sixth man. He's averaging 10.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists on 20.7 minutes per game this year.

Jake Wahlin - Starting vs. OK State Wahlin is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Oklahoma State, Steve Bartle of KSL Sports reports.

Impact The Utes are tweaking their lineup once again, and Wahlin will make his first start since Nov. 22. He's averaging 6.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 2.2 steals and 1.4 blocks per game when starting this season.

Impact Madsen threw up a season-high 19 shots, connecting on seven en route to a 20-point effort during Tuesday's loss. It was not the most efficient performance for Madsen, who had failed to reach double-figures during any of the previous four games and reached the 20-point mark for the first time since topping that total five times in his first seven games. The senior wing is shooting 42.1-percent this season including 36.0-percent from downtown but has seen those numbers dip to 27.7 and 24.4 respectively over the last six games.
