Liam McNeeley - Expected to miss at least one game Coach Dan Hurley said Wednesday that McNeeley (ankle) isn't likely to play in Sunday's game against Providence, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact McNeeley sustained the injury in the second half of Wednesday's 81-68 win over DePaul and was spotted wearing a walking boot on the bench. He logged nine points (3-7 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block across 25 minutes before exiting. Hurley expressed optimism McNeeley wouldn't be out for an extended period but it appears the Huskies will be without the star freshman against the Friars.
