Jonathan Powell - Good offensive showing Powell recorded 15 points (5-9 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT) and three rebounds in 29 minutes during Saturday's 72-65 win over UCF.

Javon Small - Another huge effort Small closed Saturday's 72-65 win over UCF with 25 points (7-23 FG, 5-15 3Pt, 6-6 FT), seven rebounds, nine assists and two steals across 36 minutes.
Impact Small flirted with a triple-double, ultimately falling one assist and three boards shy of accomplishing the feat. Small has been absolutely huge for a West Virginia squad that lost star transfer Tucker DeVries early in the season, starting all 31 games for the Mountaineers while playing at least 30 minutes in all but two contests, averaging 18.5 points, 5.6 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals. Small has likely earned a first-team all-conference selection and will look to showcase his skills as the Mountaineers head into the Big 12 tournament and appear to be poised to hear their name announced on selection Sunday.

Amani Hansberry - Records fourth double-double Hansberry provided 18 points (8-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds and two assists in 28 minutes during Saturday's 72-65 victory over UCF.
Impact Hansberry contributed his fourth double-double as West Virginia ended a surprisingly successful campaign with a .500 record during conference play. The sophomore center connected on a season-best eight shots while cleaning the offensive glass to the tune of six offensive rebounds. Following a seven-game respite from the starting lineup mid-season, Hansberry has started the last 12 games for the Mountaineers, averaging 10.7 points and 7.7 rebounds. In a Big 12 replete with strong big men, Hansberry will be an important cog for a West Virginia-squad that has earned the eight-seed during next week's conference tournament.
