Rowan Brumbaugh - Explodes for 33 points Brumbaugh scored a career-high 33 points (5-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 19-19 FT) with four rebounds, six assists and one steal in 37 minutes during Saturday's 79-71 win over Texas State.
Impact Brumbaugh had a relatively quiet opener with 12 points, six rebounds and five steals against Samford. He attacked the basket relentlessly against the Bobcats and was perfect in 19 trips to the line. The 6-4 junior should continue to be the odds on favorite to win American Conference Player of the Year. He will get another opportunity to show off some in-state pride when Tulane visits Lafayette to play Louisiana on Tuesday.
