Curtis Williams Jr. - Notches first double-double Williams Jr. finished Tuesday's 65-63 win over Grambling State with 17 points (7-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 13 rebounds, three assists and four steals in 39 minutes.
Impact Williams Jr. has led the Green Wave on a three-game winning streak with 21.7 points on 62.5 percent from the field, 8.8 rebounds and 2.0 steals. The 6-6 junior has scored in double digits in six straight games, but is starting to take a lead scoring role away from fellow junior Rowan Brumbaugh. The Green Wave might have the best backcourt in the American Conference.

Williams scores 32, Brumbaugh adds 27 to help Tulane beat BC kin OT at Charleston Classic

Curtis Williams Jr. scored a career-high 32 points Rowan Brumbaugh added 27 points, and Tulane beat Boston College 93-90 in overtime in the consolation game at the Charleston Class...
NOVEMBER 24 • Associated Press
Curtis Williams Jr. - Goes off for career-high 32 Williams Jr. had a career-high 32 points (12-18 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, one assist and one steal in 44 minutes during Sunday's 93-90 OT win over Boston College.
Impact Williams Jr. came off the bench for the first time this season on Friday and he seemed to get the message. He, like Rowan Brumbaugh, played 44 minutes in the overtime win. The 6-6 junior has scored in double digits in all but one game, but had only topped 11 points once before Sunday's outburst. He has hit seven 3-pointers in the last two games after hitting just two in his previous three games. Look for Williams Jr. to keep the good time rolling against Nicholls State on the day after Thanksgiving.
NOVEMBER 23 • ROTOWIRE
Rowan Brumbaugh - Knocks in 27 points Brumbaugh notched 27 points (7-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 12-18 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and one steal over 44 minutes during Sunday's 93-90 OT victory over Boston College.
Impact Brumbaugh had his second-best scoring of the season. He went off for 33 points in the second game against Texas State. He was able to force his way to the free throw line. Brumbaugh has made his way to the line at least seven times in the last five games, including three double-digit trips to the charity stripe. After winning in overtime, the guard will have most of the week to rest up for Friday's contest against Nicholls.

Asher Woods - Drops 16 points in loss Woods ended with 16 points (6-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and three assists across 33 minutes during Friday's 96-75 loss to Utah State.
Impact Woods was supposed to form a dynamic duo in the backcourt with Rowan Brumbaugh, but the 6-3 senior had been held to single-digit scoring in his three previous games. He scored 24 points in the opener against Samford, but struggled particularly from long range (18.2 percent on 3-pointers coming into Friday). Woods will hope to continue the resurgence on Sunday against either Boston College.

Benson's 33 lead New Orleans over Tulane 85-63

The New Orleans Privateers defeated the Tulane Green Wave 85-63 on Friday led by Coleton Benson's 33 points
NOVEMBER 15 • Associated Press
Rowan Brumbaugh - Scores 18 in tough loss Brumbaugh supplied 18 points (4-12 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 9-10 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Friday's 85-63 loss to New Orleans.
Impact The Green Wave lost their first game in a intracity loss to the Privateers. Tulane was just 3-of-27 on 3-pointers and Braumbaugh struggled from long range as well. He was bound to regress to the mean from beyond the arc after hitting 60 percent of his treys coming into Friday. Brumbaugh will have a week off to practice his 3-pointers before the team takes on Utah State on Nov. 21.

Tyler Ringgold - Provides 17 points Ringgold contributed a season-high 17 points (7-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT) with four rebounds over 32 minutes during Tuesday's 66-62 victory over Louisiana.
Impact The 6-8 sophomore had his best game of the season as the Green Wave were able to sneak a win out of the Cajundome. Ringgold has helped Tulane remain undefeated through three games with 13.7 points and 5.0 rebounds. Tulane returns to New Orleans to play the Privateers on Friday.

Brumbaugh scores 33, Tulane knocks off Texas State 79-71

The Tulane Green Wave defeated the Texas State Bobcats 79-71 on Saturday led by Rowan Brumbaugh's 33 points
NOVEMBER 8 • Associated Press
Rowan Brumbaugh - Explodes for 33 points Brumbaugh scored a career-high 33 points (5-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 19-19 FT) with four rebounds, six assists and one steal in 37 minutes during Saturday's 79-71 win over Texas State.
Impact Brumbaugh had a relatively quiet opener with 12 points, six rebounds and five steals against Samford. He attacked the basket relentlessly against the Bobcats and was perfect in 19 trips to the line. The 6-4 junior should continue to be the odds on favorite to win American Conference Player of the Year. He will get another opportunity to show off some in-state pride when Tulane visits Lafayette to play Louisiana on Tuesday.

Woods scores 24 in Tulane's 85-72 win over Samford

Led by Asher Woods' 24 points, the Tulane Green Wave defeated the Samford Bulldogs 85-72 in a season-opening contest for both teams
NOVEMBER 4 • Associated Press
Curtis Williams - Debuts with 22 points Williams Jr. posted 22 points (9-9 FG, 4-4 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Monday's 85-72 victory over Samford.
Impact The 6-6 guard was an occasional starter in his two seasons, first with Louisville then Georgetown. He never got a true chance to show what he could do, but his transfer to Tulane augurs better things. Williams Jr. obviously won't go perfect from the field, but he should be able to put up numbers in future games against Texas State and Louisiana.
NOVEMBER 4 • ROTOWIRE
Asher Woods - Scores 19 in exhibition Woods led the Green Wave with 19 points (5-10 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds and five assists in the exhibition win over Centenary on Tuesday.
Impact While Rowan Brumbaugh has received most of the preseason acclaim around Tulane, the 6-3 Woods served notice that the Green Wave are not going to be a one-man team. He started 25 games for Tulane in 2024-25 and averaged 11.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists. In his third season with the school, Woods may combine with Brambaugh to form the best backcourt in the American Conference.
OCTOBER 29 • ROTOWIRE
Tylen Riley - Perfect from the field Riley scored a team-high 17 points (8-8 FG, 1-1 FT) with four rebounds and five assists in the exhibition win over East Central on Tuesday.
Impact The 6-3 transfer from California Baptist made a claim to more playing time with the Golden Hurricane. His averages from 2024-25 were just 7.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists, but Riley earned more playing as the season continued. Keep an eye on Tulsa's rotation to see if Riley continues to start.
