Broadnax leads the team with 14.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.4 steals. Rice takes on Tulsa on Saturday. The guard averaged 13.5 points in a pair of wins over the Golden Hurricane last season.

Impact Mason had been held to five points in both of the Owls' previous two games, losses to Memphis and Florida Atlantic. It was the first time this season that he had scored fewer than 10 points in back-to-back games. He also had 10 turnovers to four assists in the losses. He was able to better steer the Temple offense on Wednesday. Mason is leading the team with 4.6 assists to go along with 11.3 points.
