Impact Among the Red Storm's reserves, Dingle was their best scorer Tuesday. Dingle's scoring prowess should be no surprise, especially considering he averaged 23.4 points in his 2022-23 season with Pennsylvania. The question is how much of it can be shown in this new campaign. But if the 2023-24 Red Storm's first game is any indication, his scoring output will remain highly valuable for fantasy managers.

Impact Ledlum wasted no time making his presence felt in his first Power Five game. A transfer from Harvard, Ledlum's fierce offensive rebounding appears to have no issue translating at a higher level. Given his usage Tuesday, he's a a candidate to continue supplying big numbers.

Impact Jenkins seems to have made a good decision in following coach Rick Pitino from Iona to St. John's. The fourth-year guard trailed only Joel Soriano in scoring Tuesday, while representing the only member of the Red Storm to exceed four assists. He's the clear initiator of the offense.

Impact Soriano (heel) formed a physically imposing duo with Chris Ledlum (16 points, 14 rebounds) as St. John's dominated the interior. Soriano hit the first two threes of his collegiate career Tuesday, but it's unclear if that will become an notable part of his game. Coach Rick Pitino noted postgame that Soriano is dealing with lingering plantar fasciitis and a calf injury, which makes his status worth monitoring for Monday's game against Michigan.
