Steps up in big win Sunday Williams recorded 21 points (8-11 FG, 3-5 3PT, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists and six steals in the 89-66 win over Stony Brook on Sunday.

Impact Williams feasted in the win Sunday. The guard padded his stats sheet in all facets and led the team in points as well. This was easily his best performance of the season, going 72 percent from the floor and an added bonus of two for two from the line. If he can continue this type of play moving forward, there is no reason why St. John's won't be talked about as the big tournaments looms closer.

Ruled out Sunday Dunn (concussion) will not take the court Sunday against Stony Brook, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Impact Dunn wasn't cleared for practice as of two days ago, so the expectation all along was that he'd sit out this contest. In his stead, look for freshman Posh Alexander to see a heavy dose of reps at the point guard position. Dunn's next chance to return will be Tuesday against Fordham.
