Impact Sarr had previously announced that he would be returning to California for the 2026-27 season, but he's reversed course on his decision. As a result, the freshman guard will enter the portal ahead of his sophomore season. Carr appeared in 32 games for Cal in 2025-26, averaging 3.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.

Impact Carr was the Golden Bears' sixth man as a freshman, averaging 3.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 points as the backup point guard. His shooting efficiency could use some work, as he shot 36 percent from the field and 26 percent from three. Still, he figures to be a sizable part of Cal's rotation once again next season.
