Impact Wheeler has been the Bulldogs' top offensive threat by a wide margin, and he is quickly settling as an elite passer -- he has dished out at least 10 assists in each of his first three games of the season, but he has also committed 16 turnovers in that span. His passing numbers are enough reason to make him a valuable fantasy asset in most formats, though.

Impact Wheeler is off to a blazing start to the season, as the guard notched his second straight double-double. The sophomore guard looks poised to lead the SEC in assists this year, as he has already recorded 22 total through two games.

Wheeler's 12 assists were a new career best, breaking his previous high of eight set last season. Wheeler, who averaged 4.5 dimes per game last year, should continue to dominate the passing game for the Bulldogs in 2020-21.

Georgia officials are reportedly seeking a replacement for Sunday's affair, so there's still a chance the team will get in another contest. Regardless of when it fires up, Wheeler figures to be a key cog for the Bulldogs this season and should be the primary ball-handler after averaging 9.0 points, 4.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds over 27.3 minutes last season.

UGA schedule sees changes Wheeler and the Bulldogs will no longer be taking on Gardner-Webb on Nov. 29 due to a positive COVID test in the Gardner-Webb program.

Impact Georgia remains scheduled to open up its season Nov. 25 against Columbus State, as that game remains unaffected by the positive test outside of their program. According to an official statement released by the school, UGA is actively seeking a replacement opponent for Nov. 29. Wheeler, who averaged 11.3 points and 4.7 assists over the final 12 games of last season, is expected to function as the primary ball handler at the start of the season.
