Kayden Mingo - Efficient outing despite loss Mingo totaled 16 points (6-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-8 FT), two rebounds, six assists and three steals across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 85-72 loss to Rutgers.

Impact Mingo notched 16 points on eight shots, continuing what's been an extremely efficient streak of ball for the freshman point guard. Over his last three games, he's shooting 66 percent from the field. He also dished out six assists Wednesday, his most since Jan. 26. Mingo is still rather inconsistent in terms of his production, and his floor on a nightly basis is still quite low. However, he's clearly an extremely talented point guard that, should he stick around in State College, will be a key building block for the Nittany Lions.

Tariq Francis - Strong showing at Gophers Francis recorded 22 points (7-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and two steals across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 85-72 win over Penn State.

Impact Francis now has 20-plus points in back-to-back games. Since he was reinstated into the Scarlet Knights' starting five on Feb. 7 against Nebraska, he's averaging 19.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists. After a long stint of coming off the bench, Francis has finally re-established himself as an impactful starter in Piscataway.

Gevonte Ware - DNP Wednesday Ware (undisclosed) did not appear in Wednesday's 85-72 win over Penn State.

Impact Ware missed his 15th-straight game as the Scarlet Knights took down the Nittany Lions on Wednesday night. The 6-foot-9 freshman's participation in warmups seems to suggest a return this season is still possible, but given he averaged just six minutes across his six appearances, he doesn't project to be a large piece of Rutgers' rotation if he returns this season.

Impact Mark, who was listed as questionable due to undisclosed reasons, connected on 5-of-6 looks from the field during Wednesday's win over the Nittany Lions. The 6-foot-2 freshman, who is averaging five points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and one steal across his last 12 games, will look to stay hot during Saturday's game against Minnesota.

Impact Mark also warmed up ahead of Rutgers' last game, a Feb. 15 win over Maryland, only to play just one minute in that contest. Thus, his pre-game warmups aren't the best indication of his status for Wednesday night, but it is worth noting that the guard is active and putting up shots.
