Impact It's the second time Kelly has gone for 20+ in the Minutemen's last four games. He doesn't do enough elsewhere to merit major fantasy consideration, averaging 1.9 boards and 3.5 assists, but if this scoring uptick continues in conference, there can be some appeal. Kelly is worth monitoring as such.
