Joining the Bulldogs Ballard has announced his commitment to Mississippi State, Dushawn London of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Ballard will make the move to Mississippi State following a three-year stint with Wichita State. The 6-foot-11 senior, who started his collegiate career in the SEC (Florida State), started in 33 games this past season with the Shockers, averaging 10 points, 9.2 rebounds, 0.6 steals and 1.9 blocks on 27.5 minutes per game. Ballard will look to carve out a role in the Bulldogs' frontcourt this offseason.
