Impact Phillips will join the Waves following two years at Bethel University. The 6-foot-8 forward previously played two seasons with Evansville, averaging 3.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game across 31 appearances during the 2022-23 season. He will retain a single year of eligibility with Pepperdine.
