Impact Posting 19 points in 20 minutes, Ruffin suffered a severe knee injury during Ole Miss' upset win over LSU on Tuesday. The freshman will now reportedly undergo surgery and will miss the rest of the year. Ruffin will surely be missed by the Rebels, as the guard has started each of the past 10 games and averaged 12.6 points and 3.4 assists. With Jarkel Joiner (back) still sidelined, Austin Crowley will presumably take over point-guard duties for the time being.
