LaTrell Hoover - Taking a redshirt year Hoover will redshirt for 2025-26 and miss the remainder of the season, per Nathan Giese of the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.

Impact Hoover had yet to play in a game this season, and indeed, he'll redshirt and miss the rest of the year for the Red Raiders. The freshman seven-footer will look to contribute next season in Lubbock.

Anthony Roy - Gets hot from deep Roy registered 22 points (7-10 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds and one steal across 35 minutes during Saturday's 102-80 loss to Texas Tech.

Impact It was an impressive performance from Roy, who connected on 6-of-8 from deep to match a season-best effort from beyond the arc. Despite taking their second loss, it's been a promising start to the season for the Cowboys and for Roy, who has reached double figures in each of the 11 contests in which he has played. The senior wing is shooting 48.4-percent from the floor, 45.9-percent from downtown and 93.2-percent from the charity stripe en route to an average of 17.7 points across just 25.7 minutes per game.

LeJuan Watts - Just misses double double Watts posted 19 points (6-11 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-7 FT), nine rebounds and two assists across 32 minutes during Saturday's 102-80 win over Oklahoma State.

Impact Watts put together a nice performance during his Big 12 conference debut, falling just one rebound shy of what would have been his second double double of the season. The junior forward tallied just four points against Winthrop in the Red Raiders' final game of the non-conference slate but he rebounded in a big way by scoring at least 19 points for the fifth time this season. Watts has been an important third wheel for Texas Tech thus far, complimenting JT Toppin and Christian Anderson with averages of 14.1 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting better than 50-percent from the floor.

JT Toppin - Posts another double double Toppin totaled 23 points (10-19 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 14 rebounds, one assist and two steals across 30 minutes during Saturday's 102-80 victory over Oklahoma State.

Impact Toppin kicked off the conference slate in the same manner he finished the non-conference portion of the schedule, recording his third-consecutive double double as Texas Tech cruised to the win. It was the ninth time the All-American has pulled off the feat this season and the fourth time he's done so while tallying at least 20 points. Toppin was the consensus first pick during fantasy draft season and has lived up to expectation, averaging 21.2 points, 10.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.2 steals across 33.5 minutes though 13 contests.

Christian Anderson - Dishes out 13 assists Anderson closed with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, 13 assists, one block and one steal across 39 minutes during Saturday's 102-80 win over Oklahoma State.

Impact Anderson dished out a career-best 13 dimes to go along with 19 points and five boards as the Red Raiders cruised to an easy victory to open the conference slate. The sophomore playmaker is in the midst of a major breakthrough season with Saturday representing the fifth time he's reached double figures in the assist column and the fourth time he's produced a double double. Through 14 games, Anderson has been on the floor for at least 35 minutes in every contest and is rewarding Texas Tech with averages of 20.5 points, 7.5 assists, 3.7 boards and 1.8 steals while shooting 49.7-percent from the floor and 43.5-percent from long range.

Andrija Vukovic - Sits out Saturday Vukovic (undisclosed) didn't play in Oklahoma State's 102-80 loss to Texas Tech on Saturday.

Impact Vukovic missed his second straight game as the Cowboys fell to Texas Tech. The sophomore forward, who had just entered the starting lineup prior to his injury, will look to return on Tuesday, Jan. 6 against UCF.
