Makaih Williams - Drills three threes in win Williams totaled 15 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, two assists and three steals in 24 minutes during Monday's 88-59 victory over Northern Illinois.

Impact The junior point guard started for the first time this season and continued his hot shooting streak, as he's now 7-12 from beyond the arc through three games. Williams may not remain in the starting lineup once Brian Moore (face) returns, but he has played at least 13 minutes in every game so far.

Nana Owusu-Anane - Double-double in win Owusu-Anane supplied 10 points (3-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 28 minutes during Monday's 88-59 victory over Northern Illinois.

Impact The senior forward recorded his second double-double in the last two games. It's perhaps not surprising for a player who averaged 10 or more points and eight or more rebounds in each of the last two college seasons (2022-23 and 2023-24) that he played in, both at Brown.

Makhai Valentine - Available to play Monday Valentine (undisclosed) is available and starting against Grand Canyon on Monday.

Impact Valentine exited Friday's loss to Wisconsin due to an undisclosed injury in the first half, but it seems the injury wasn't severe enough to keep him on the sidelines for a long time. He has started every game for NIU so far in 2025-26.

Brian Moore - Won't play Monday Moore (face) has been ruled out for Monday's game against NIU, Brennan Williams of Go Lopes Radio reports.

Impact Per Richard Obert of Azcentral Sports, Moore took a knee to the face in GCU's previous game, and he's considered day-to-day. His absence should open up more opportunities for Makaih Williams. Moore's next chance to play will come Saturday at Saint Louis.
