Logs 11 points in loss Clowney contributed 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal over 37 minutes during Saturday's 67-61 loss to Texas A&M.

Impact The freshman had a solid performance scoring 11 points while also recording seven rebounds in Saturday's loss to Texas A&M. This marked his third straight double-digit game and has also averaged 9.3 rebounds within that span. Expect Clowney to be a big contributor as tournaments start to kick off.

Impact Despite suffering a facial injury in Wednesday's victory over Florida, Clowney was in the starting lineup and recorded a four-game high in rebounds. His shooting volume was lower than normal, however, with three field-goal attempts representing his lowest total since Dec. 13. It's nonetheless a great sign that the injury appears unlikely to cause the freshman forward to miss time.

Impact Clowney needed help to walk off of Alabama's basketball court Wednesday. Fortunately for him, his facial injury is not a concussion. Clowney will be expected to participate when the Tide play their next game. The update is welcome, especially because they are visiting Auburn on Saturday.
