Not playing vs. Buckeyes Rice (undisclosed) isn't available against Ohio State on Thursday night.

Impact Rice will miss his first game since Nov. 19. It's unclear what he's dealing with at the moment -- he just started his first game in over a month in the Terps' loss to Purdue on Feb. 1, but he was held scoreless in that contest and didn't offer much else across 17 minutes of action. In his stead, Isaiah Watts appears to be a likely addition to Maryland's starting five.

Impact Rice has now been held without a point for two straight games, although he's only put up three shots in that span. The junior guard got the start against Purdue, his first time in the starting five since Dec. 20. If he can stay with the Terps' starters, there's a chance he could muster some production down the stretch. Still, such a lowly output in a start and 17 minutes of action isn't a great look and doesn't bode well for future playing time.
