Impact Durkin has been on an absolute tear from the three-point line, clearing three or more triples in nine consecutive games and hitting 51.4 percent from distance over that span. The Davidson transfer has came on late in the year, averaging 14.5 ppg over his last 10 games. He's also taking on a heavy minutes toll, playing 36.6 mpg since entering the starting lineup Dec. 3. Simply put, Durkin has been a major part of coach Niko Medved's seemingly instant turnaround of the Minnesota basketball program. He'll be a key piece if he sticks around for his senior year.

Impact Crocker-Johnson has missed the last two games for the Gophers, but he's no longer considered game-to-game, as he's been deemed out indefinitely. This is yet another brutal injury blow for a Minnesota squad that's sustained plenty of them, playing with essentially a six-man rotation for months. In Crocker-Johnson's place, expect Grayson Grove to see his minutes spike.

Kai Shinholster - Remains quiet in win Shinholster finished with two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three rebounds and two steals across 16 minutes during Tuesday's 61-44 victory over Oregon.

Impact Shinholster is the only bench player getting minutes for the Gophers at the moment, but that doesn't mean he's producing. The freshman averages 2.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists, and Tuesday night was more of the same despite the Minnesota victory.

Impact Minnesota cruised to an easy win over Oregon, and Reynolds notched eight points, shooting 3-of-8 from the field for the second straight night. The senior guard will look to get back in double figures Saturday in another manageable matchup against Rutgers.
