Key contributor against Michigan Ayala tallied 16 points (6-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three assists, one rebound and one steal over 36 minutes in Thursday's 84-73 loss to Michigan.

Impact Ayala has had double-digit scoring totals in all but one of the first 10 games of the season, and he was an offensive force once again against the Wolverines. He was unable to lead the Terrapins to a second straight win Thursday, but the junior is now averaging 14.8 points and 3.1 rebounds over 31.5 minutes per game this season.
