Impact This marked Newton's second triple-double of the season. His first came back on Nov. 15 against Buffalo when he had 22 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds. UConn hasn't been the same team they were the first couple months of the season, but this play by Newton helped the Huskies get a big win over another top team in the Big East. Over the last four games, Newton is now putting up 17.8 points, 6.3 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 2.3 steals, and 1.8 three-pointers per contest. UConn will need another big game from the ECU transfer if they hope to pull out a road win on Saturday over Creighton.
