Zaide Lowery - Season-high points in loss Lowery ended Tuesday's 70-64 loss to St. John's with 12 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and two steals over 23 minutes.
Impact Lowery provided some scoring relief where it was otherwise lacking in another tough loss for the Golden Eagles, outscoring three of the starting five. The sophomore guard's performance could be an anomaly given that he's struggled on the scoring front this season, but he'll need to continue to step up if Marquette hopes to remain a contender for the Big East moving forward.

Zuby Ejiofor - Seventh double-double vs. Marquette Ejiofor ended Tuesday's 70-64 win over Marquette with 13 points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-11 FT), 13 rebounds and one assist over 35 minutes.
Impact Ejiofor came up big on both sides of the ball in the win over the Golden Eagles, supplying his seventh double-double of the season in the six-point win. The 6-foot-9 junior has been a huge proponent of the Red Storm's Big East dominance so far this season, especially as a force in the paint. He's averaging 14.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.7blocks on 30.7 minutes per game across 23 games this season.
