Logs moderate outing in big win Carr chipped in 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-5 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Tuesday's 72-54 victory over Iowa State.

Impact Carr scored in double figures for the 25th time in his 28 starts this season. The starting shooting guard has seen a slight slide in his scoring over the last eight games, falling from 17.0 points per game on the season as a whole to 15.5 over this span. This also corresponds with the emergence of reserve guard Sir'Jabari Rice, who has averaged 17.4 points per game over the last eight games. However, Carr is still putting up 3.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game over that span, making him a very strong fantasy option.

Impact Carr posted his best scoring performance of the season since putting up 41 points against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Dec. 27. The 6-foot-2 senior saw a noticeable increase in field-goal attempts as the Longhorns worked to catch up while trailing Kansas for most of the game. Carr has now averaged 17.0 points while converting 45.3 percent of his 12.9 field-goal tries per game this season. He's also hit 38.6 percent of his 6.0 attempts from beyond the arc, making him a consistent DFS option as the Longhorns' top scorer.
