Impresses off bench Clark registered 14 points (2-4 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 9-12 FT), three assists and a rebound across 38 minutes off the bench during Friday's 71-64 overtime win over Kent State.
Impact Clark started on the bench for a second straight game and, while the stat line looked impressive, it's worth noting nine of his 14 points came from the charity stripe. It remains to be seen if he did enough to recover his starting role, however, as the Cavaliers' next game will come on Dec. 9 against Michigan State.

Stuffs stat sheet during OT win Hauser posted 18 points (7-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and a block across 41 minutes during Friday's 71-64 overtime win over Kent State.
Impact Hauser tied Jay Huff for the team's lead in scoring, but he also paced the Cavaliers in minutes, field goal attempts, field goals made and assists. He has scored in double digits in each of his first four appearances of the campaign and should remain a reliable scoring threat for Virginia next Wednesday against Michigan State.

Impact Huff wasn't very sharp from the field, but the fact that he knocked down seven of his eight shots from the charity stripe allowed him to surpass the 15-point plateau for the first time this season. He's scored in double digits in three of the Cavaliers' first four games, however, and all signs seem to indicate he will remain a key piece in the team's offensive scheme going forward.
