Good to go Saturday
Halaifonua (back) will play in Saturday's game versus Villanova.
Impact
Halaifonua is healthy again after missing the last two games due to a back injury. He is averaging 9.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 21 games and should resume his role as the team's starting center during Saturday's matchup.

Game-time call Saturday
Halaifonua (back) will be a game-time decision for the Hoyas' clash with Villanova on Saturday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Halaifonua has missed two straight games for Georgetown while battling a back injury. The sophomore center, who's started 18 of 21 games this season and averages 9.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists, will look to avoid making it three straight absences, although it appears a decision on his availability will likely come down to the wire.

Impact
Halaifonua is at risk of missing back-to-back games as he deals with an unknown injury. The starting center's true status should be determined prior to tip-off. He's averaging 9.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists this season.

Sits out Saturday
Halaifouna (undisclosed) didn't play in Georgetown's 77-64 win over Butler on Saturday.
Impact

Scores 11 in Wednesday's win
Halaifonua posted 11 points (5-5 FG, 1-1 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 70-61 win over DePaul.
Impact
After scoring exactly two points in three consecutive games, Halaifonua bounced back Wednesday with 11 points. He made all five of his attempts from the field, including one three-pointer. It's been a tale of two seasons for Halaifonua as he started off the season very well, averaging 12.5 points and 5.2 rebounds across 25.2 minutes per game through the first 13 games of the season. He's seen a significant dip in production and playing time though, only averaging 5.6 points and 3.8 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game across his last eight contests. Much of this can be explained by the return of Vince Iwuchukwu, as much of Halaifonua's production came when Iwuchukwu was out. It seems as long as Iwuchukwu is healthy, Halaifonua won't be able to produce at the same level.

Scores eight in Tuesday's loss
Halaifonua produced eight points (1-7 FG, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal across 20 minutes during Tuesday's 56-50 loss to DePaul.
Impact
Halaifonua scored eight points in Tuesday's loss and struggled from the field, only hitting one of his seven field goal attempts. He made up for it a bit by making all six of his free throw attempts, but it was still a disappointing outing considering what he's shown he's capable of this season. After two consecutive poor outings, he'll be desperate to bounce back Saturday versus Seton Hall.

Excellent in Big East opener
Halaifonua notched 21 points (7-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 6-7 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 78-69 victory over Marquette.
Impact
Halaifonua put together another productive performance Wednesday as the Hoyas opened up conference play on the road. It marked his second straight game with over 20 points and he's now scored at least 14 points in six of his last seven games. He also tied a season-high with four assists in the win. After a slow start to the season Halaifonua has been very productive across his last seven games, averaging 15.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.9 blocks in 30.9 minutes per game.
