GAME LOG

Held in check in blowout loss Reed logged five points (2-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and one rebound across 19 minutes during Tuesday's 113-72 loss to Indiana.
Impact Reed's five points were his lowest scoring output since the Nittany Lions' opener. The forward also only managed to pull down one rebound as Penn State got completely dominated by the Hoosiers. It's hard to discern a lot in the midst of a 41-point loss, but Reed and the Nittany Lions will need to regroup quickly after a rude awakening to Big Ten play.

11 and 6 vs. Navy Reed logged 11 points (5-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds and six steals over 28 minutes during Tuesday's 80-71 win over Navy.
Impact After being held scoreless in the opener, Reed has tallied double-digit points on back-to-back games. That's a welcome sight for Penn State, because it's starting center Sasa Ciani has been extremely quiet through three games. The Nittany Lions will need more production out of their front court at some point, but it's good to see the senior Reed stack good performances in what's been the most extended playing time of his career.

Hopeful for Monday's opener Head coach Mike Rhoades said he hopes Reed (ankle) will be able return for Monday's game versus Fairfield, Will Horstman of The Daily Collegian reports.
Impact Reed, who was wearing a walking boot during Sunday's exhibition game, has a chance to play in the season opener. He is reportedly day-to-day with the injury, and head coach Mike Rhoades left Reed's status as a question mark rather than rule him out. Once healthy, the Cincinnati transfer is expected to see big minutes for the Nittany Lions.
OCTOBER 30 • ROTOWIRE
Day-to-day with ankle sprain Reed (ankle) did not play in Sunday's exhibition matchup against Shippensburg and is day-to-day with an ankle sprain, per Will Horstman of the Daily Collegian.
Impact Reed was seen in pregame wearing a walking boot on his right foot and has been diagnosed with an ankle sprain. The injury doesn't appear to be too severe, however, as the 6-foot-8 forward has been labeled day-to-day, leading him to be questionable for the team's season opener against Fairfield on Monday.

Contributing in starting role Reed produced 11 points (4-5 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 69-67 win over Baylor.
Impact Reed earned his third-consecutive start, connecting on 4-of-5 from the field en route to an important 11-point contribution during Cincinnati's huge win over Baylor. Reed started once again in place of Simas Lukosius, who did return following a two-game absence but came off the bench as Reed nearly doubled his playing time. It is uncertain whether Reed will remain in the starting lineup moving forward, but the junior wing has shot a near-perfect 9-for-10 from the floor while contributing 24 total points across his last two starts.
FEBRUARY 25 • ROTOWIRE
Provides spark off bench Reed posted 13 points (4-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one steal across 23 minutes during Tuesday's 85-75 win over Utah.
Impact Reed drained 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, contributing a season-best 13 points off the bench, adding four boards, an assist and a steal during Tuesday's win. It was the second-consecutive game Reed scored in double figures after having not reached that mark in any of his first 19 appearances. He has now scored 25 points across the last two games after having totaled just 24 through his first nine conference games.
