Out for season Tchamwa Tchatchoua (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Impact Tchamwa Tchatchoua underwent an MRI on Sunday and will require surgery to repair multiple ligaments in his left knee. The junior appeared in 25 matchups during the 2021-22 campaign and averaged 8.4 points and 6.8 rebounds in 20.9 minutes per game. Jeremy Sochan and Zach Loveday should see increased roles behind Flo Thamba for the remainder of the year.

Impact After leaving Saturday's game early, Tchatchoua will undergo tests on his knee to determine the severity of the injury. The junior center leads the Bears in rebounding this season, averaging 7.0 per game. In 21.6 minutes per game off the bench this season, Tchatchoua is averaging 8.6 points as well.
