Impact It's been a bit of a tough start to Big 12 play for Rataj, who averaged 10.4 ppg and 6.6 rpg over the first 12 games of the season but is posting just 6.3 points and 3.7 rebounds in three conference games. Granted, the opponents have been some of the top teams in the league, but two of those games have been at home, and Baylor is on a three-game losing streak nonetheless. The Bears will need to rally soon to stay on the fringes of the NCAA Tournament conversation, and that starts with a road matchup Tuesday at Oklahoma State.
