Isaac Celiscar - Joining Baylor Celiscar has committed to Baylor, according to Sydney Wicker of KCEN-TV.

Impact Celiscar is coming off the best season of his career in 2025-26, when he averaged 13,2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game in 31 starts for Yale. He's not expected to grab a regular starting role with Baylor right away, though. He should contend for rotation minutes, but he'll have to earn his playing time.

Evan Chatman - Headed to Waco Chatman will transfer to Baylor, per On3.

Impact Chatman had a good season at UAB in 2025-26 after making the jump from the JUCO level. The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 8.8 points and 8.8 rebounds. He'll look to take that prowess on the glass to the Bears, where he may be in his final season of eligibility.

Kayden Mingo - Heading to Waco Mingo has committed to play for Baylor for the 2026-27 season, per Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com.

Impact Mingo will join the Bears following a single season with Penn State. The 6-foot-3 freshman was an impact player for the Nittany Lions this past season, averaging 13.7 points and 4.3 assists per game across 28 contests. He will retain three years of eligibility with Baylor moving forward.

Cameron Carr - Enters NBA Draft Carr will enter the NBA Draft, per Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com.

Impact Carr reportedly plans to see the draft process through and not enter the transfer portal. The 6-foot-5 guard is coming off a dynamic redshirt sophomore campaign at Baylor in which he averaged 18.9 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists on 49/37/80 shooting splits. Carr will officially chase his NBA dreams, and doesn't appear slated to return to school at the moment.

Brett Decker Jr. - Headed to Waco Decker will transfer to Baylor, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Decker is coming off a stellar season at Liberty in which he averaged 16.7 points while shooting 47 percent from distance on 7.1 attempts per game. The 6-foot-3 sharpshooter, who has two years of eligibility remaining, should immediately factor into Baylor's starting lineup.

Tounde Yessoufou - Declares for NBA Draft Yessoufou has declared for the 2026 NBA Draft, according to Joe Tipton of On3.

Impact While it is unknown whether or not Yessoufou will consider returning to the college ranks, it would be quite a surprise if he does, especially considering the first-year excellence he showcased and his statement, per Grayson Grundhoefer of SicEm365. In a projected draft packed with freshman talent, Yessoufou still appears to have done enough to warrant a first-round selection after averaging 17.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 34 games and starts for Baylor. What the guard may lack in three-point shooting, he makes up for with solid all-around scoring elsewhere to go with just as capable rebounding and defense.
