Impact In a game in which Tennessee had little to celebrate, Gillespie set the school's single-season steal record with 79 to pass LaMarcus Golden's 1993-94 season. The guard kept the score close in the early going with a pair of beautiful thefts. The senior guard led the Volunteers with 21.8 points on 43.2 percent from the field in the NCAA Tournament. It will be interesting to see if he gets any play in the 2026 NBA draft.

He has still scored at least 15 points in his last six games. The 6-1 senior will need to shoot better on Sunday against Michigan for the Volunteers to have a chance of loosening the Wolverine defense.
