Impact Lieppert will explore opportunities elsewhere this offseason after spending the last three seasons with Rice. The 6-foot-4 junior appeared in all 35 games this season, averaging 2.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 0.6 assists on 11.5 minutes per game.

Impact Lieppert's latest game started was his first across the 2022-23 NCAA season. He averaged 2.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 11.1 minutes across his 31 regular-season games as a junior. Lieppert is not expected to continue being part of Rice's starting lineup when the team begins participating in tournament action Wednesday against Texas-San Antonio.
