Right back into prominent role Horton finished with 11 points (4-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt), three rebounds, one assist and two steals over 23 minutes during Sunday's 69-56 loss to Boston College.

Impact In his first game action since Jan. 5 and second overall appearance this season, Horton finished as the team's leading reserve and was one of just three players in double figures. Despite the time off due to an ongoing legal situation, it appears the junior guard will get right back into the mix. Horton is the leading returning scorer on this year's Panthers team, and with an overall record of 8-13, the team desperately needs the offensive spark he can provide.

Next hearing in January Horton's preliminary hearing has been pushed back to Jan. 19, Craig Meyer of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Impact Horton was arrested last Saturday after he allegedly punched a police officer in the face. Horton was involved in a dispute with a towing company employee when police were called to the scene.
