Impact Momcilovic chucked up a season-high 14 shots, converting on just four of them but still pacing the short-handed Cyclones with 16 points. The point total was the most Momcilovic has scored since early December, taking on a greater scoring role thanks in part to the absence of Curtis Jones and Keshon Gilbert, Iowa State's two leading scorers. Momcilovic has missed seven games this season but is the team's fourth highest scorer, averaging 10.7 points per contest.

Despite the efficient scoring performance, it was a bit of an off night otherwise for the junior point guard, who recorded only one assist for just the second time this season while turning the ball over four times to match a season-worst effort. Uzan has been as steady as they come, having averaged 4.7 assists and less than one turnover per contest across 15 conference games prior to Saturday.
