Impact Lipsey connected on a season-high four triples en route to leading the way with 20 points, reaching that mark for the first time since posting 24 against Baylor back on Jan 7. Lipsey also provided his usual steady play at the point with four assists, a steal and zero turnovers and is averaging 5.0 assists and 2.2 steals compared with 1.4 turnovers per game this season. The hometown hero and four-year starter is a rarity in today's game and will lead his Cyclones into a top-10 showdown against Arizona in Friday's Big 12 tournament semifinal.
