Robert Wright - Solid start to season Wright produced 15 points (7-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists and one steal over 25 minutes during Saturday's 98-53 victory over Holy Cross.

Impact Wright put together a solid line, shooting 70.0-percent from the floor as the Cougars cruised to the easy win. The sophomore point guard who transferred in from Baylor over the offseason averaged 11.5 points and 4.2 assists with the Bears last season. He's averaged 14.5 points through two games this season and will serve as the main ball distributor for a Cougar squad that is a prime contender on both the Big 12 and the national stage.

Nate Pickens - Will miss rest of season Pickens underwent surgery for an undisclosed injury and will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Impact Pickens didn't play in the season opener, and it turns out he'll end up sitting the entire campaign. He averaged 7.2 points per game last season at UC Riverside. This means Trey Stewart and Jared McGregor will see more time as the backup point guards behind Robert Wright.
