Caleb Foster - Modest showing in first startFoster chipped in seven points (2-4 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds and three assists over 29 minutes during Saturday's 80-56 win over Charlotte.
ImpactFoster picked up the starting nod with Tyrese Proctor sidelined by an ankle injury that he sustained all the way back on Dec. 2 against Georgia Tech. While there's been ample time between games for Proctor to heal up, Tuesday's home game projects to be a lopsided outing, so there's little incentive to rush him back. Foster has been productive at times even in games that Proctor started, but the four-star guard's ceiling gets considerably higher without Proctor available.
