Departing from Hawaii Nemeiksa has announced his entry into the NCAA transfer portal, VerbalCommits.com reports.

Impact Nemeiksa will depart from Hawaii after spending one season with the Rainbow Warriors. The 6-foot-8 senior appeared in 31 games during his time with Hawaii, averaging 12.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, one assist and 0.6 blocks on 22.7 minutes per game.

Impact Beginning from late-February, Nemeiksa was a reserve until the conclusion of Xavier's 2023-24 season. Having been a frequent starter for the first three months of Xavier's latest campaign, him being a reserve was a downgrade. Potentially having room for better opportunities, Nemeiksa will enter the portal to consider offers from interested colleges.

Impact Nemeiksa has started all seven of Xavier's contests thus far despite averaging a modest 24.9 minutes per game. His 57.1 percent shooting from the field and 47.1 percent shooting from beyond the arc comes with the asterisk of a limited sample size, but the 22-year-old import from Lithuania hitting the ground running bodes well for his rest-of-season outlook.
