Impact Peterson needed only 22 minutes and 11 shots to record 21 points, marking an impressive debut for the highly-touted freshman. The 6-foot-6 wing stuffed the stat sheet, including adding a block and two steals on the defensive end as he showed off the total package that led to him being ranked as the number two recruit in the country according to ESPN coming into the season. Peterson (undisclosed) entered the game as a game-time decision but showed no ill-effects from whatever it was that ailed him.

Flory Bidunga - Paces Jayhawks with 23 points Bidunga racked up 23 points (9-11 FG, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, one assist and three blocks over 25 minutes during Monday's 94-51 victory over Green Bay.
Impact Bidunga converted on nine of 11 shot attempts while leading the way in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots for the Jayhawks. The point total represented a new career high for the sophomore center. Bidunga shot just under 70-percent from the floor while starting six games last year in place of Hunter Dickinson, and is set to take over as a major player for the Jayhawks this season.
