Entering transfer portal Darbyshire has entered the NCAA transfer portal, per Vance Meek of USA Today.

Impact Darbyshire will enter the portal following three seasons with Kentucky. The former walk-on appeared in just two games for the Wildcats this past season, failing to record a counting stat. He will retain two years of eligibility at his next destination.

Impact Kentucky did empty its bench towards the end of the blowout victory and even briefly featured multiple walk-ons, but Darbyshire wasn't one of them. He didn't see the court all of last season after reportedly dealing with an undisclosed injury near the start of the year, and it's unclear if it's the injury holding him out, or if he's simply buried on the bench of a talented Kentucky roster.
