Brian Moore Jr. - Plays off bench Moore (face) produced seven points (2-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 17 minutes during Saturday's 78-64 loss to Saint Louis.

Impact Moore missed Grand Canyon's previous game due to the lasting effects of a knee he took to the face. However, the point guard was cleared to face St. Louis on Saturday, albeit in a limited fashion. He started and played over 30 minutes in each of his first two games this season, but came off the bench Saturday.

Makaih Williams - Drills three threes in win Williams totaled 15 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, two assists and three steals in 24 minutes during Monday's 88-59 victory over Northern Illinois.

Impact The junior point guard started for the first time this season and continued his hot shooting streak, as he's now 7-12 from beyond the arc through three games. Williams may not remain in the starting lineup once Brian Moore (face) returns, but he has played at least 13 minutes in every game so far.

Impact The senior forward recorded his second double-double in the last two games. It's perhaps not surprising for a player who averaged 10 or more points and eight or more rebounds in each of the last two college seasons (2022-23 and 2023-24) that he played in, both at Brown.

Impact Per Richard Obert of Azcentral Sports, Moore took a knee to the face in GCU's previous game, and he's considered day-to-day. His absence should open up more opportunities for Makaih Williams. Moore's next chance to play will come Saturday at Saint Louis.

The increase in scoring was also parallel with a more trips to the free throw line. Henley converted 86.4 percent of his freebies on the season. More forays to the basket could result in a big season for the well-traveled guard.

Impact Henley will join the Antelopes following a single season with UNLV. The 6-foot-7 junior has had trouble staying in one spot, as he has now committed to play for his fourth college team in four years. He averaged 12.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game for the Rebels this past season.
