Impact Love was able to return to the hardwood after a hamstring injury. Even though he wasn't very involved, at least he was healthy enough to be an option. He should see more minutes going forward.

Myles Rice - Coming off bench in return Rice (ankle) is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against Georgetown, Gene Wang of the Washington Post reports.
Impact Rice will return to action after missing the opener, he will just do it from off the bench. It's unclear if he will be on a minutes restriction, but it could be possible since he's not in the starting lineup. Rice averaged 10.1 PPG last season with Indiana.

Impact Washington is set to miss Maryland's second game of the season as well due to an ankle sprain, and he doesn't have a clear timetable for his return. Washington averaged 4.7 points and 5.1 rebounds in 2024-25.

Impact Rice missed the season opener against Coppin State after sustaining an ankle injury in the preseason, but the star guard will suit up and handle his regular workload against Georgetown. Rice averaged 10.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in 32 appearances in 2025-26.
