Impact Chatman had 18 points by halftime and looked poised for a huge game, but cooled off in the second half. Over his last five games, the 6-8 junior has provided 13.6 points on 48.1 percent from the field, 11.0 rebounds and 1.8 blocks. The Blazers have won four of the five games to remain in contention for a bye to the semifinals of the American Conference tournament. UAB is off until next Sunday when the team faces North Texas. Chatman had six points and seven rebounds in the Jan. 31 win over the Mean Green.

Impact Chatman has produced back-to-back double-doubles for the first time this season. He has been active on the boards and is leading the Blazers with 8.9 rebounds and has nine double-digit rebounding games. The 6-7 junior hit multiple 3-pointers for the second time in conference play. UAB will go for three wins in a row on Sunday against Tulane. Chatman was held to four points and four rebounds in the jan. 14 win over the Green Wave.
