Not playing Saturday Brooks (foot) won't play Saturday against Minnesota.

Impact The Wolverines will be without the services of Brooks after he suffered a strained right foot in practice. He's known to be the Wolverines best perimeter defender and his absence could lead to a big game from the Gophers' top scorer in Marcus Carr. Chaundee Brown is expected to start in his place as Brooks' next chance to play will come against Maryland on Jan. 19.
