Impact Neal, who spent last season with Sacramento State, has found his fourth program in as many years with a move to USC. He started 25 games last season (32 total appearances) and averaged 8.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 25.9 minutes per game. His move to the Big 10 is a big step up for him, but he has a lot of experience playing collegiate basketball.
